'La Baracca' means small cottage, and many years ago, in this location, existed a small cottage in which the family donkey was living in.

In 2021, the family built a luxury small villa with private pool, ideal for 2 or 3 persons, in the middle of a plot with olive trees, in the beautiful village of Kardakata.The villa is a bungalow type, on one (1) level, with fully equipped kitchen and living room, it has one bedroom, and a spacious bathroom.

Architecture

The architecture of the villa is minimal with natural materials, wood, stone and cement, and the big openings give you the feeling of in and out all in one. Guests can relax on the king-size bed with luxury linens, individually-controlled reading lights, big openings with pool view in all areas, air-condition in all areas, high-speed wireless Internet, and flat screen smart TV. The villa also provides 'Alexa' smart system, with which you can control lights and music only with your voice.

Location

The location allows for extensive hillside and nature views and sunshine throughout the day, while being within a short drive from the beach, the perfect distance to either join in on the “fun in the sun” or relax around the property’s private pool.

The Garden

The villa opens to a spacious garden area, with a shaded big dinning table, looking to the sunbeds and the pool, and also the trees that surround the pool and plot. A wood-fired barbecue makes it easy to prep local seafood, while a satellite TV and Wi-Fi keep you entertained and air-conditioning in all areas ensures a comfortable stay.

Distances

The villa is only 20min away from Argostoli, the main town, and 10 to 15 min from the lovely nearby beaches. It is an ideal place for your holidays and it is considered to be an excellent solution for people who seek relaxation, tranquility, a place of high aesthetics, luxury and warm hospitality.
